About the Role (Your Why)
Join us as a Workforce Planner, where you’ll analyse current and future workforce supply and demand, forecast talent needs, and identify skills gaps—turning data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with business leaders to shape workforce strategies that align with our goals, ensuring the organisation has the right people with the right capabilities at the right time. Your work will directly enable growth, innovation, and operational resilience by delivering clear, pragmatic planning.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in workforce planning
- Previous experience supporting ERP implementation projects delivery is highly desirable
- Previous experience with Project Portfolio Management and/or Workforce Planning systems is highly desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Office user
- Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing, implementing and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans
- Collaborating with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals
- Collecting, interpreting and evaluating workforce metrics to provide data driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting and business scenario planning, reviews processes and monitors plan effectiveness
