About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up in the Marketing Team. In the role, the successful candidate will:
Digital Campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid social, search and display with the digital team
- Support full‑funnel activity, balancing awareness‑led and acquisition‑focused campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC and digital advertising, with proven experience optimising campaigns, including targeting, budget control and performance optimisation
- Manage and control campaign planning and content calendars
- Track spend and performance to ensure efficient use of budget and strong ROI
- Work with internal teams or external agencies on creative assets, messaging and landing pages
- Work with the digital team to better align campaigns with SEO and GEO strategy
- Report on campaign effectiveness
Social Media (Primary Focus: LinkedIn)
- Manage and optimise LinkedIn presence, including organic and paid activity
- Plan and deliver LinkedIn content and campaigns aligned to brand awareness and acquisition objectives
- Execute LinkedIn campaigns end‑to‑end (targeting, creatives, budgets, optimisation and reporting)
- Apply platform best practice and performance insights to continuously improve results
Marketing Communications
- Deliver marketing communications activity across digital channels
- Develop and adapt campaign messaging for different audiences and objectives
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand application across all outputs
- Familiarity of working with Canva
Analytics & Reporting
- Use web analytics dashboards to track traffic, user behaviour and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and produce clear, insight‑driven reports
- Translate performance data into practical recommendations and optimisation
About you
4–5 years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing communications
Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn (organic and paid)
Solid working knowledge of web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
Experience delivering digital campaigns with brand awareness and acquisition goals
Good understanding of marketing communications principles and audience‑led messaging
Strong copywriting and content editing skills
Confident working independently and managing multiple campaigns
Knowledge of SEO and landing‑page optimisation
Experience in B2B, professional services or regulated environments (desirable/nice to have)
Familiarity with CRM , campaign and/or marketing automation platforms (desirable/nice to have)
Experience working with external agencies (desirable/nice to have)
