Stylist, the multi-platform women’s media brand, is hiring for a Digital Creative Lead to join Team in our London office on Fleet Street on a 9 month contract basis. Stylist is part of the DC Thomson media and publishing company.

As Digital Creative Lead, get to work with a range of amazing and exciting clients producing varied, cultured, creative and evolving campaign creative. As digital creative lead, working across print and digital allows you to think creatively across different platforms and all ideas are celebrated and encouraged. The Digital Creative Lead will lead the ideation and delivery of commercial visual assets across all Stylist print (30%) and digital (70%) platforms, ensuring outputs meet client objectives, brand standards and delivery timelines. They will drive digital innovation in formats, tools and workflows and operate within agreed frameworks, applying specialist expertise and collaborating across Studios, Commercial and Editorial to deliver best-in-class content.
As Digital Creative Lead, you will get to work across a range of fashion, beauty and lifestyle clients. Your day to day will involve executing and designing digital and print campaigns, creating engaging social assets and partaking in in exciting brainstorms and pitch work. It is an energetic role which spans across a range of design which keeps it fresh and exciting.
Further responsibilities for the successful candidate include deputing for the Art Director on commercial creative workflow when required.
Key responsibilities include:
· Delivering commercial creative assets on time, on brief and to brand standards across all Stylist platforms independently
· Deputising for the Art Director on workflow oversight and resourcing to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Originating concepts, commissioning shoots, casting talent and art directing on assigned campaigns.
· Cross-functional collaboration on pitch responses and mockups that support revenue growth.
· Demonstrate agility in pivoting art team to changing business needs as instructed by the Art Director.
Skills & Experience
Essential
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign (Advanced), Photoshop (Advanced) and After Effects (Intermediate)
· Confident providing sole art direction on photoshoots
· Plans and drives design activities for complex commercial assets; defines approach and prototypes; otherwise applies established methods to deliver high-quality outputs.
· Designs and coordinates multiformat content artefacts for commercial partnerships, applying user centered principles across channels.
· Drives experimentation and adoption of new digital formats/tools to enhance commercial products.
· Collaborates with commercial and editorial partners to align creative execution with objectives.
· Planning and coordination to meet deadlines as outlined by the Art Director and Campaign Production, manages quality standards and scope.
