We develop an ambient AI platform that automates medical documentation for healthcare professionals. Our AI scribe captures patient visits as they happen and generates complete, billable documentation directly within a clinician’s electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our platform includes:

• AI Medical Scribe, which documents natural clinician-patient conversations.
• AI Pre-charting, which helps clinicians prepare for visits with relevant patient context.
• AI Coding, for automating compliant coding and providing real-time insights.
• A Customization Studio, allowing the AI to learn and adapt to individual clinician styles.
• DeepScribe Assist, which gives clinicians key insights at the point of care to support quality and value-based goals.

We work with healthcare settings from small private practices to large organizations, including those focused on cancer care. Our system has captured over 3.1 million oncology visits per year. We integrate with common EHRs and access patient care data like past notes, labs, imaging, medications, and diagnoses.

Founded in 2017, we now operate in over 1,500 healthcare organizations and 2,800+ clinics and health systems. A KLAS Spotlight Report gave us an overall performance score of 98.8 out of 100, and clinicians report a 99.92% note satisfaction rating.
