About the Role
This is an opportunity for a Software Engineer II to grow into a well-rounded full stack engineer, taking on greater ownership of features and contributing meaningfully to technical discussions. You will work across our .NET backend, Angular/React frontend, and AWS infrastructure - building reliable, scalable software while developing your architectural instincts and engineering craft.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain full stack features across .NET backends and Angular/React frontends
- Take ownership of moderately complex features from requirements through production deployment
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions with growing confidence
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code following established best practices
- Optimize and debug issues across the application stack - backend, frontend, and database
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver quality software
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
- Good to have: Explore and learn AI integration patterns (RAG, MCP servers) where relevant
Tech Stack Core: .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Angular, React, TypeScript, MSSQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS
Good to Have: Node.js, Python, AI/ML frameworks (AWS Bedrock, LangGraph/Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases)
Required Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience
- Solid .NET Core (C#) development skills with hands-on ASP.NET experience
- Working proficiency in Angular or React with TypeScript
- Good understanding of relational databases - MSSQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment practices
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns
- Comfortable with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
- Exposure to software design patterns and clean code principles
- Good to have: Node.js, Windows Server/IIS experience
AI/ML Knowledge (Good to Have)
- Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts and where they add value in products
- Exposure to Python or AI frameworks is a plus
- Interest in learning AWS Bedrock, RAG systems, or agentic workflows
