Job Description
Diversified Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Radiologist to join our after-hours Emergency Body Imaging team.
This opportunity is predominantly ED-based with emergent inpatient volume. The case mix includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiographs, and nuclear imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. Preliminary MSK cross-sectional interpretation only; full dictation if desired. No neuroradiology or pediatrics.
The position offers a predictable Q4 overnight schedule, reasonable RVU targets, and incentives for excess volume. Internal moonlighting is available with daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, along with additional RVU opportunities outside scheduled shifts.
- Q4: 7 days on / 21 days off
- Hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am MST

Fellowship training in Body Imaging or Emergency Radiology is preferred. Well-rounded MSK-trained radiologists with strong emergency body imaging experience will also be considered
Workflow:
- PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24⁄7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions.
- Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation.
- Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency.
- AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, general PE and rib fractures
- Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff.
- Radiology assistants and 24⁄7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow.
