How will you make an impact?
As our organization continues to scale and evolve, we need strong operational excellence to ensure our teams deliver maximum value efficiently. We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to establish and maintain robust project management processes that will drive accountability, optimize delivery, and strengthen stakeholder relationships across our growing portfolio of initiatives.
In this role, you are contributing by…
Project Management & Operational Excellence:
- Managing and structuring team workload effectively (we use Jira as a tool)
- Establishing clear project tracking systems and maintaining visibility across all active initiatives
- Creating standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and delivery management
Risk Management & Delivery Assurance:
- Proactively following up with team members and identifying dependencies to surface potential delivery risks
- Implementing early warning systems and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintaining regular communication cadence with all stakeholders to track progress and resolve blockers
Stakeholder Management & Requirements Analysis:
- Receiving and evaluating requests from stakeholders, challenging business assumptions before adding items to the backlog
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clear requirements and realistic expectations
- Facilitating effective communication and managing expectations across all organizational levels
- Acting as PMO for strategic bets within the CCO organization, ensuring visibility and progress reporting to the COO office
Capacity Planning & Prioritization:
- Running bi-weekly prioritization meetings with the team based on capacity planning and skills assessment
- Developing and maintaining team capacity models to optimize resource allocation
- Balancing competing priorities while ensuring strategic alignment and team sustainability
Value Realization & Continuous Improvement:
- Following up with stakeholders post-implementation to measure and ensure value capture from delivered initiatives
- Establishing metrics and KPIs to track initiative success and team performance
- Driving continuous improvement in processes and delivery methodologies
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
- 5–7 years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams, managing complex dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior leadership or C-level reporting
- Ability to challenge assumptions, facilitate complex discussions, and drive results through influence
- Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand the business model, strategy, and operations
- Experience contributing to or establishing PMO functions in growing organizations is a plus.
- Ideally, a background in Engineering, Business Administration, or another process-oriented field
Project Management Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and waterfall)Advanced knowledge of Jira, including workflow configuration and dashboard creation
- Experience with reporting tools, capacity planning, and resource optimization
- Ability to track value realization and support post-implementation follow-ups
Nice to have
- PMP certification
- Agile/Scrum certifications (DASSM, DASM, or similar)
- Track record of improving delivery timelines and stakeholder satisfaction
- Additional languages besides English.
This role is remote-first, ideally based in Madrid or Barcelona.

You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with the hiring manager and the team to discuss your thoughts and findings.
5️⃣ Peer Interview – A conversation with one of your potential future teammates to get a sense of how you might collaborate together and to explore team fit.
6️⃣Final Interview (Optional) – A final conversation with another senior leader from our Global Team.
