The Project Manager’s role is to lead the operational execution of strategic initiatives related to artificial intelligence products and the growth of the Doctoralia marketplace, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into structured processes and measurable results
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of strategic initiatives
- Implementation of operational frameworks
- Cross-functional coordination and performance monitoring
- Process documentation and optimization
- Developing and monitoring project execution plans
- Coordinating follow-up meetings with relevant teams
- Track milestones, key personnel, and critical dates
- Identify dependencies and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Support the implementation of onboarding, activation, retention, and pipeline management processes
- Set up, optimize, and document operational processes
- Work with RevOps on dashboards, reports, and metric tracking
- Consolidate progress and share project status with leadership
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Ensure that teams properly adopt the defined frameworks and processes
Requisitos
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in roles such as: project manager, growth, strategy, consulting, or similar
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience implementing operational processes or cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Nice to have: Experience automating processes using AI (agents)
- Advanced English level (required)
