Develop and own the features for regulatory compliance, focusing on current health care regulation regarding the electronic invoicing and the interoperability with different public and private entities and services.
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested PHP code within our Symfony-based backend, and contribute to our React-based frontend where necessary.
Collaborate with your fellow worldwide developers and the core team in Spain to design, build, and deploy high-quality software.
Develop and consume APIs to integrate Clinic Cloud with the main Doctoralia marketplace and local third-party services like payment gateways.
Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from analyzing technical requirements and sprint planning to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Create and maintain technical documentation for the specific localizations and

Requisitos

8-12 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend developer, with a strong emphasis on PHP.
Solid experience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Laravel or similar (e.g., Symfony).
Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, including schema design and writing efficient queries.
Knowledge of a type of architecture as hexagonal architecture or DDD (Domain-driven design)
Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a willingness to work with our React frontend or similar .
Proven experience with API integration (REST, webhooks). Previous experience with complex government or financial APIs is a major plus.
Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for effective communication between the Colombian and Spanish teams.
A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
