  • Develop and own the features for regulatory compliance, focusing on current health care regulation regarding the electronic invoicing and the interoperability with different public and private entities and services.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-tested PHP code within our Symfony-based backend, and contribute to our React-based frontend where necessary.
  • ​​​​​​​Collaborate with your fellow worldwide developers and the core team in Spain to design, build, and deploy high-quality software.
  • Develop and consume APIs to integrate Clinic Cloud with the main Doctoralia marketplace and local third-party services like payment gateways.
  • Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from analyzing technical requirements and sprint planning to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Requisitos

  • 8-12 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend developer, with a strong emphasis on PHP.
  • Solid experience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Laravel or similar (e.g., Symfony).
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, including schema design and writing efficient queries.
  • Knowledge of a type of architecture as hexagonal architecture or DDD (Domain-driven design)
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a willingness to work with our React frontend or similar .
  • Proven experience with API integration (REST, webhooks). Previous experience with complex government or financial APIs is a major plus.
  • Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for effective communication between the Colombian and Spanish teams.
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
