Founded in 2016, we provide integrated solutions for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations and airspace management. We operate in the Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing industry and have 51-200 employees. We offer safe, coordinated, and scalable solutions for unmanned and autonomous operations, for both regulators and commercial operators.

We address national airspace challenges like static regulations and fragmented systems with an open modular system for safer, coordinated airspace. We also help with FAA compliance, allowing advanced UAS operations at scale without customers needing to navigate the full regulatory process themselves.

Our core technologies include ATOMx. This universal layer helps with authorizations, sensing, and policy coordination, featuring cryptographic identity, dynamic airspace rules, and threat mitigation. Uncrew is another key technology. It’s an open autonomy platform compatible with any drone. Uncrew replaces manual piloting, providing a centralized view of flights, optimized routing, and adaptive control for missions like delivery and inspection.

Our products can work independently or as a complete system for government or commercial users. We have extensive experience in UAS operations and airspace management, having managed over 4,000,000 square miles of airspace under various regulatory frameworks.

Our leadership includes Tom Walker, Founder & CEO. He is a former Navy officer, nuclear engineer, and Special Operations leader. Tom has experience in low-altitude airspace modernization and advises Congress and federal officials.

John Vernon, Co-founder & CTO, is a technologist and product leader. He focuses on autonomy-first platforms, secure flight authorization, dynamic restrictions, and Remote ID. John also served on the FAA rulemaking committee for beyond visual line of sight operations.
