About the Role
As the Procurement, Sales & Logistics Team Lead, you will lead the growth and delivery of DyFlex’s SAP Procurement, Sales and Logistics capability aligned to our Digital Supply Chain strategy. You will guide customers through transformation programs across core S/4HANA processes and connected solutions, ensuring fit-for-purpose outcomes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics execution. This senior leadership role combines people leadership, solution delivery, and customer advisory across a diverse range of industries.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Champion growth of SAP Procurement, Sales & Logistics capabilities aligned with DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategy
- Lead a team delivering SAP Procurement, Sales and Logistics solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversight
- Lead full-cycle implementations across Procurement, Sales and Logistics workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercare
- Translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to best practice process design
- Contribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on: SAP Procurement, Sales and Logistics in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP – Private, SAP Ariba, SAP Logistics Business Network, SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Transportation Management
- Facilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across sourcing, purchasing, inventory, order management, fulfilment, warehousing and transport
- Oversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the team
- Manage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governance
- Support testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning and go-live readiness
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams to connect S/4HANA with Ariba, LBN and execution platforms across warehousing and transport
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise commercial and logistics outcomes
Your qualifications and experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Commercial, Operations and IT
- Proven consulting experience delivering SAP Procurement, Sales and/or Logistics solutions across end-to-end implementations
- Strong functional expertise across S/4HANA Procurement, Sales (Order-to-Cash) and/or Logistics Execution (Public and/or Private Cloud)
- Experience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching, governance and delivery quality
- Strong understanding of end-to-end process integration (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory and fulfilment)
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Logistics Business Network, SAP EWM / Warehouse Management, and/or SAP Transportation Management is highly regarded
- Strong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skills
- Experience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
- If your background is strongest in one domain (Procurement or Sales or Logistics), a growth mindset and willingness to broaden across the portfolio is highly valued
- SAP certifications and/or formal training in relevant modules highly regarded
