As Reconciliation Analyst, your mission will be the guardian of EBANX’s costs. Its main activities are effective reconciliation, controlling, solving issues with partners, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, dexterity to work with a large amount of data and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for (including, but not limited to):
- Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies;
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;
- Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;
- Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;
- Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems;
- Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).
Main requirements for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field;
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus;
- Knowledge of acquirers is a plus;
- Spanish and/or English Skills.
