What your day-to-day will look like
Provide legal advice in the labor law area, including preparing legal opinions and coordinating with local external counsel on labor matters;
Manage labor litigation, including reports and interface with external law firms;
Develop strategies for settlements, crisis management, and related labor matters.
What you need to shine in this role
Law degree with active bar association registration;
Extensive experience in Corporate Labor Law;
Proven experience working in in-house legal departments of large companies;
Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have
Spanish or proficiency in other languages;
International experience;
Experience dealing with unions;
Experience in the payments, financial services, or related industries;
Experience in a law firm.
