Overview
We’re looking for a talented Media & Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) team. This agile role is ideal for media professionals with 3–5 years of media planning/buying experience, keen to work across diverse markets while developing expertise of one of the world’s most iconic brands.
In this role, you will split your time between:
60% supporting media planning for the West market (This role would be supporting one of the larger markets in West European region but agile to supporting other markets), collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and reporting into the Europe Media Lead.
40% supporting EU-level media data reporting, helping drive cross-market visibility, accuracy, and strategic insights for senior stakeholders across The Coca-Cola Company.
Key Responsibilities
1) Market Media Planning (60%)
Collaborate with agency partners, including OpenX and Essence Mediacom, to deliver best-in-class media plans for Western Markets.
Coordinate media plans across both markets, ensuring pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reporting is accurate and actionable for two bottling partners.
Partner with other market media leads to align media investments and communicate campaign impact.
Build strong relationships with media agencies, marketing teams, e-commerce teams, and the wider media community, ensuring effective buying and maximum ROI.
Recommend and deliver media campaigns that hit performance KPIs and uphold TCCC’s Responsible Marketing Policy.
Assist in budget management — monitoring investment, verifying agency buying orders, managing invoices, and suggesting corrective actions.
2) EU-Level Media Data Reporting (40%)
Support Media Directors in quarterly reviews and submissions of EUOU paid media by category and media channel, with particular emphasis on digital.
Maintain consistent reporting of EUOU paid media spend using internal systems.
Track quarterly influencer media spend by market and category.
Assist with competitor reviews across regions, markets, and brands.
Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from marketing functions.
Support ongoing setup and review of media experience names and IDs for EUOU.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years media planning experience, with strong multi-channel knowledge, including digital/social. Media agency experience preferable but not essential.
Familiarity with media planning software and digital measurement tools.
Strong understanding of Europe’s media landscape and consumer trends. Experience of the West European markets preferable. An understanding of audience planning and buying tactics across media touchpoints.
Highly analytical, numerate, and able to consolidate complex data into clear insights.
Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
