We are an engineering and construction firm founded in 1993, specializing in energy retrofits, efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization.

We modernize energy infrastructure and improve energy systems in existing buildings through integrated engineering, design, construction, and commissioning. We guarantee outcomes for clients’ energy, decarbonization, financial, and operational goals, serving as a single point of contact throughout projects.

Our clients include those in higher education, healthcare, and industrial sectors. With over 200 specialists, we operate from offices across North America, including Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Columbus, and Washington D.C.

To date, we have achieved $770 million in energy savings for clients, secured $188 million in incentives, improved 1,828 infrastructures, and avoided 1,168 kilometric tons of GHG emissions from $1.65 billion in total investments.

Our multidisciplinary teams include in-house experts such as engineers, CEMs, CMVPs, drawing experts, construction managers, site supervisors, commissioning specialists, and dedicated teams for incentives, savings tracking and verification, communications and awareness, and training.
