Job Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer (139975001), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement data ingestion and integration processes to unify customer data from multiple platforms into Salesforce Data Cloud
- Develop and maintain identity resolution and account unification rules to create accurate customer profiles and golden records
- Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and environment promotion while ensuring data quality and governance
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business teams to enable data-driven insights and improve customer engagement strategies
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise CRM implementations
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs for integrations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer Data Platform implementations
- Strong experience with data ingestion, transformation, and large-scale data processing
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as Azure, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms
- Experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, or Databricks
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
