We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys drafting, working independently, and becoming a subject-matter resource in guardianship and conservatorship matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their drafting skills and grow within a structured, remote environment.
This role is ideal for a strong legal drafter who may not yet have direct guardianship experience but is eager to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Draft petitions and supporting pleadings for Guardianships and Conservatorships
Prepare supporting documents, exhibits, and court-ready filing
Assist with case management and tracking deadlines
Conduct procedural and statutory research as needed
Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding case progress
Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with court requirements
About You
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of recent paralegal experience in a court-driven practice area
Comfortable drafting basic court pleadings and managing matters across multiple jurisdictions
Experience with e-filing systems and document-intensive workflows; familiarity with Clio is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone presence
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while remaining responsive during core business hours
Reliable home office setup with secure internet and phone access
