We were founded in 2018 as a construction company focused on remote work and construction technology. We provide outdoor home improvement services for homeowners, businesses, and builders across 15 states. Our services include fence construction (wood and vinyl), artificial grass, deck, and concrete installation for driveways, patios, and walkways.

We address common construction challenges by offering transparency and clear communication. Our process uses satellite-based measurements, video consultations, and real-time pricing tools to provide quotes in as little as 10 minutes. We aim to deliver projects on time and on budget. We also partner with local installers to help them grow their businesses.

Our name, “Ergeon,” combines “erg” (a unit of work) and “eon” (a billion years), symbolizing our goal to build lasting solutions. We focus on customer-first technology, a remote-first team, a scalable model built on automation, AI, and operational excellence, and a partnership-driven approach.

Ergeon employs between 201 and 500 individuals across 35+ countries. Its team is remote-first, global, and diverse. Employees, sometimes called Ergeoneers, have opportunities for career growth within a supportive community.

We offer competitive, VC-funded salaries. For example, Account Managers receive a $10/hour base rate plus a $360 monthly performance bonus, paid weekly.

New hires participate in a fully-paid training program (bootcamp) that includes 1-on-1 mentoring, hands-on practice, and teamwork. After training, benefits include a birthday day off, language classes, a free noise-canceling headset, a $400 Tech/Wellness/Learning fund, and a co-working budget.

After six months, employees are eligible for stock options, flexible paid time off (PTO), and subsidized health insurance. After one year, we provide a laptop replacement fund.
