About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will not only provide user support, you will also have the autonomy to build, and a team that values your creative input. You will sit at the intersection of AI-enabled innovations, complex insurance data models, and high-stakes automation. If you are someone who loves deconstructing a messy business problem and rebuilding it into an elegant Flow, or someone who takes pride in “figuring it out”, we want to talk to you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creative Problem Solving: Translate ambiguous business requests into scalable technical solutions. You’ll need to ask the right questions to uncover the “why” behind a request.
- Flow Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain intermediate to advanced Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched) to automate complex insurance lifecycles.
- Data Stewardship: Manage complex data models and perform precise data loading (using Demand Tools or similar tools) while maintaining relational integrity.
- Triage & Support: Rapidly troubleshoot “who can see what” (Permissions, Sharing Rules, OWD, Reports) and “why didn’t this fire” (Automations).
- Project Delivery: Balance a dual-lane workload—executing on long-term project tickets while providing responsive day-to-day support.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience with intermediate/advanced Flow Builder logic and data migrations
- Ability to rapidly triage and resolve complex Salesforce issues, including security/visibility configurations (OWD, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets), reporting discrepancies, and multi-layered automation failure.
- Active Salesforce certifications relevant to the role (e.g. Platform Administrator, Advanced Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
- Agentforce Specialist certification and/or experience specifically building/deploying Agentforce Agents in a project environment - nice to have.
- Experience with Amazon Connect or similar CTI integrations within Salesforce - nice to have
