We are a holding company founded in 2017. We acquire technology services companies, targeting businesses with high recurring revenue in areas like Managed IT Services, Government IT Services, and Application Software.
Our strategy is to buy businesses and hold them indefinitely. We aim to protect the founder’s legacy and help management teams grow the company. We are backed by committed capital from Alpine Investors.
We typically buy 100% of a business, offering cash upfront deals, but we are flexible with deal structures including earnouts, seller notes, and rollover equity. After an acquisition, we aim to retain all employees and maintain the original company’s culture.
We operate with a decentralized model. This means we support independently run platform businesses and add-on acquisitions, investing in their continued growth. Our acquisition process takes about 90 days. It starts with an introductory call, followed by an NDA, financial review, a Letter of Intent (LOI), and then a 60-day due diligence period before closing.
