About Foodics

We were founded in 2014 as an IT services and IT consulting company focused on restaurant operations and payment technology. We support over 30,000 restaurants in the MENA region with an all-in-one software ecosystem.

We specialize in restaurant technology, financial management, payment processing, accounting systems, front-of-house tech, and customer engagement solutions. Our primary offerings include a cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) and restaurant management system (RMS). This system helps F&B businesses manage orders, accept payments, and optimize daily operations. Features include inventory management, online ordering, and tools for customer engagement like loyalty programs and gift cards.

We also offer an App Marketplace for integrations covering marketing, accounting, delivery, and online ordering. Foodics Pay enables digital payment acceptance and provides daily settlements to bank accounts.

Our clientele includes local and international F&B brands such as Burgerizer, Cinnabon, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin, Starbucks, Little Caesars, The Crepe Cafe, 7Ribs, and Koobs Cafe. We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar (KSA), Dubai (UAE), Hawali (Kuwait), and New Cairo (Egypt).
