Founded in 2012, EverOps helps technology organizations modernize their infrastructure, optimize cloud spending, and accelerate secure software delivery. We provide cloud and IT platform services, using a ‘TechPod’ model where our engineers embed directly with client teams.

Our services include IT strategy, IT & Operations Infrastructure, Managed Services, Security, Automation, DevOps, Technical Operations, Cloud Operations, NOC, Production Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Architecture, Identity Management, and Networking. We work with AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Datadog, and integrate AI-native practices into our delivery model. We also offer Accelerators like the AI Opportunity Assessment, AI Quick Start, and AI Adoption TechPod.

We founded EverOps to offer a different kind of partnership for engineering leaders, stemming from frustration with traditional outsourcing models. Our ‘operator culture’ means engineers focus on the craft of building and delivering, not on administrative metrics like utilization targets or timesheets. Engineers are evaluated based on work quality and outcomes. Senior engineers have autonomy to solve problems using proven playbooks and AI-native tooling, with the freedom to adapt and improve these methods. While the work involves high stakes, we maintain a reasonable pace; most engineers work standard weeks, and support is provided during critical deadlines.
