Who you are:
- You bring 4+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects within enterprise software development environments, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
- You have proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
- You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Enablement teams.
- You approach challenges with an analytical and creative mindset, and you thrive in complex systems and evolving environments.
- You have experience with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, or similar platforms, and use them to drive clarity, accountability, and execution.
- You are familiar with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and understand how cross-functional product teams operate.
- You are highly self-motivated and optimistic, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.
- You hold a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential, or are actively working toward one.
- You are genuinely excited about an internal-facing project role, with interest in growing into a full-time, client-facing Project Manager role over time.
- You have familiarity with EverTrue’s product suite and integration points, which is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Manage customer product implementations, customer re-implementations and internal projects in partnership with Customer Operations leadership and Executive Sponsors.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines that keep work on track from kickoff to project close out
- Monitor progress against deadlines and proactively flag risks or blockers before they become problems
- Own day-to-day project communication, including status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups with stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule
- Maintain clear, accurate project documentation covering scope, timelines, decisions, and changes
- Deliver regular status reports that keep stakeholders and leadership informed
- Keep project tracking tools up to date so the whole team has visibility into progress
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for your projects, managing expectations with clients and internal teams alike
- Know when to escalate — bringing the right issues to leadership at the right time to keep projects moving, maximize customer satisfaction and product value and address friction points constructively
- Follow established project management team processes and templates, and speak up when you spot ways to improve them
- May include occasional travel to customer locations or company meetings, not to exceed 10%.
- Identify, participate in and lead process improvement initiatives with the customer operations team to streamline implementations.

- A base salary range of $85K - $95K.
