Feedzai is seeking a Product Designer to drive the UX transformation of our market-leading RiskOps platform. Joining a global team, you will redesign complex B2B workflows to create a unified, engaging user experience. We are looking for a strategic self-starter who excels at simplifying complex problems and bridging discovery with delivery. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to build scalable UI interactions and contribute heavily to our evolving Design System. Moreover, you will use GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and prototyping, while also designing intuitive, human-centred AI-powered features that balance usability, trust, and product value.
Your day–to–day
As part of your contribution to the Product Team on creating useful and engaging experiences for our customers, you will:
- Participate in user research and follow-up analyses;
- Gather requirements with the Product Manager;
- Create personas and user journeys;
- Develop storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Integrate Generative AI into both the design process and the product experiences you create.
As part of your contribution to the Design System Team you will:
- Create UI components, design patterns, and templates for the Design System that deliver consistency and reusability across the product platform;
- Work closely with designers to understand specific product features and design UI solutions that are harmonious with the user experience of the entire product platform;
- Collaborate with the cross functional design system team to establish, maintain and evolve design system guidelines and documentation;
- Contribute ideas and drive initiatives to improve efficiency in design processes and Figma workflows;
- Ensure UI components and patterns are designed to meet accessibility standards;
- Deliver UI specifications and support engineers during implementation to ensure designs are correctly implemented in the product.
Your Have & You Know-How
- 3+ years of experience working at all stages of the UX process - including discovery, defining user needs, designing multiple concepts, validating designs and creating high fidelity UI specifications for development.
- Ability to communicate a strong product design vision and to lead and influence business stakeholders and the product team day to day.
- Excellent understanding of standards and best practices in designing for complex, data-rich, enterprise applications.
- High proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their development is desirable.
- Experience of B2B software in the financial industry is beneficial.
