About The Role

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Brand, the Senior Manager of Brand and Creator Partnerships will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s creator and brand partnership efforts through strong planning, execution, relationship building and understanding of modern influencer ecosystems.

This is a hands-on role focused on building an always-on Felix influencer and brand partnership marketing playbook through a blend of strategic thinking with strong executional skills. This role will define how Felix shows up in culture through creators, long-term partnerships and earned brand relationships to drive awareness, credibility and measurable growth.

The ideal candidate has strong strategic thinking skills, deep experience in influencer marketing and brand partnership programs and an eye for excellence in brand execution. They are also data-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative teams, growth teams, and external partners to drive brand growth.

You Will:

  • Be a Leader & Innovator: Continuously test new creator models, platforms, compensation structures, and content formats. Bring thought leadership to the team by identifying emerging cultural and platform trends and experimenting with new approaches that drive brand and growth.

  • Own Influencer & Partnership Channel Performance and Measurement: Take full accountability for the performance of influencer, creator, affiliate, and partnership channels. Set clear goals and KPIs, proactively uncover growth opportunities, lead experimentation to achieve awareness, engagement, and revenue targets. Develop a measurement framework, tracking and reporting metrics and cadence.

  • Build and Scale Long-Term Creator Partnerships: Develop and manage a portfolio of creators and partners across always-on, campaign-based, and long-term relationships. Build sustained partnerships that deepen brand affinity and deliver business results.

  • Lead Influencer & Partnership Creative Strategy: Own the strategy and execution of creator-led content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Ensure creative feels culturally relevant, on-brand, and optimized for both storytelling and performance.

  • Shape and Manage Internal & External Creative Processes: Collaborate with internal creative and growth teams, creators, and external partners to streamline briefing, content development, approvals, and delivery. Build scalable processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality or brand integrity.

  • Drive Measurement, Insights & Optimization: Define measurement frameworks and reporting across influencer and partnership initiatives. Use data to surface insights, inform creative and partnership decisions, and continuously improve efficiency, impact, and return on investment.

  • Mentor and Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mentor team members and agency partners while contributing to a strong team culture rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and high standards.

You Are:

  • Comfortable setting vision and getting into the details to make things happen

  • Fluent in the creator culture, platforms and how the landscape is evolving

  • Obsessed with creative quality, relevance and brand integrity

  • Data-driven and commercially minded, able to connect creative decisions to business outcomes

  • A natural relationship builder who earns trust with creators, partners and internal teams

  • Curious by nature and willing to test new ideas, formats and models

  • Confident decision maker in fast-moving, execution-focused environments

  • Strong collaborator and team player who elevates work through clear communication and shared ownership

  • A leader who contributes to the culture of accountability and growth

You Have:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in influencer and partnership marketing or a related role

  • Proven experience building and scaling influencer programs and managing strategic brand partnerships

  • Strong network of creators, agents and industry partners

  • Deep understanding of creator culture, platforms and evolving best practices

  • Comfortable balancing brand storytelling with performance accountability

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Deep experience managing budgets, timelines, workflows and teams

  • Strong ability to evaluate partnership fit to ensure alignment across brand values, audience and commercial impact

  • Experience structuring mutually beneficial partnership models

  • Comfortable leading partnership conversations and negotiations with senior stakeholders, brands, agencies and external partners

  • Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred.
