We started Jane App in 2012 to offer health and wellness practitioners an all-in-one practice management platform. We built it for a range of professionals like physios, massage therapists, counsellors, and midwives, helping clinics of all sizes.

You can access our platform online from any device. It helps you with branded online booking, scheduling, insurance management, customizable charting, online intake forms, patient reminders, integrated payment processing, and telehealth appointments. We also include AI tools, calendar syncing, and financial management features.

We store patient medical data in regional data centers across the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia to comply with local privacy regulations. We offer unlimited support by phone, chat, and email.

Our mission is “Helping the Helpers,” which means supporting allied health practitioners and their small businesses. Our vision is “More Happier Helpers”—we want to help create a thriving community of healthcare professionals who succeed in their practices.

We’re a remote-first Canadian company, with our head office in North Vancouver, BC. Our team, which has 500-1000 employees, works remotely across Canada and the U.S. We offer a hybrid work environment; we have an office, but we prioritize flexibility for remote work.
