We started Findigs in 2018 to build an AI-native rental screening and decisioning platform. Our platform helps property managers and residents across the US, making the rental experience faster and fairer for everyone.
It’s an all-in-one system that covers the entire screening process, from application to analytics. We include background checks for identity, income, credit, evictions, and criminal history, plus advanced fraud detection, an integrated application experience, and pet screening. Property managers can use their existing screening criteria, and our system automatically enforces them consistently.
This means faster decisions, less bad debt, and property managers have full control over their screening policies with easy-to-access documentation. Users report a median decision time of 3.4 hours per application, an 80% average drop in eviction rates, and 45% of applications decided outside of business hours. Our system also saves leasing agents an estimated 8 hours per week.
