Your Role
As Product Engineer in the Growth department, you will own and build customer-facing experiences end-to-end and you will be responsible for experimenting, improving and iterating our products . You have a chance to join the team early on and work independently on our product.

Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product outcomes by collaborating closely with Product and Design to shape, iterate, and improve features based on user needs and business goals.
- Use product analytics, user feedback, and experiments (A/B tests, feature flags) to continuously optimize onboarding flows and customer-facing experiences.
- Build it, run it: Build features with a ‘build it, run it’ mindset and be responsible for testing, deploying, and monitoring your code. We believe in Serverless!
- Plan and orchestrate agents to release features and improvements at a very high pace, while quality and great customer experience.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, especially React, NextJS and TypeScript.
- Experience working with modern AI tools and methodologies such as MCP, Skills, planning with and orchestration of agents.
- Strong Product mindset and ability to turn user needs into frontend solutions.
- Strong growth mindset and the motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
- Fluency in English.

Factors that may influence an employee’s pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. The compensation for this role will be within the range of €68,000 - €81,000 + VSOP, depending on the factors described above, as assessed during the interview process. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may be subject to change in the future.
