About the role
We’re looking for an AI Growth Marketing Specialist who’s obsessed with performance, innovation, and measurable impact. Someone who doesn’t just use AI tools but builds intelligent systems that redefine how marketing works.
In this role, you’ll have the freedom and ownership to design, test, and scale AI-driven marketing strategies that accelerate Fixico’s growth across Europe. From acquiring new customers and repairers to deepening engagement with existing partners, you’ll make sure Fixico’s story reaches the right audiences with the right message, powered by data, creativity, and automation.

What you’ll do
Build, execute, and scale AI-powered marketing initiatives across all channels, from campaign automation to workflow optimization.
Develop data-driven strategies for personalization, ABM, and conversion optimization.
Turn Fixico’s data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, retention, and measurable performance improvements.
Continuously experiment, measure, and iterate, proving what works through tangible results.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Data teams to translate AI innovation into business growth.
Requirements
What you bring
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Runbear, n8n, Gamma, or Midjourney.
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, mobility, or platform environments.
A performance-driven mindset: you love testing, optimizing, and outperforming expectations.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus.
A collaborative, competitive, and curious attitude. You thrive on pushing boundaries and learning fast.
