FORTA Concrete Fiber

Founded in 1978, we supply synthetic reinforcement fibers and services to the global construction industry. Our products improve material performance and long-term durability in concrete, asphalt, and other applications. They achieve this by reducing cracking and strengthening structural integrity.

Our product line includes FORTA-FERRO® and Optipave®. These are used in various construction projects, including slab-on-ground, concrete pavement, slab-on-metal decks, precast concrete, bridge decks, tilt-up panels, asphalt parking lots, architectural precast, walls and footings, hollow core topping, duct banks, sidewalks/curbs, oil/water separators, and asphalt roadways. Our reinforcements reduce plastic shrinkage, extend service life, and increase safety. They also reduce construction and maintenance expenses, improve crack control and toughness, and resist environmental stresses like freeze-thaw cycles. We were the first company to introduce synthetic reinforcement fibers to the United States in 1978.
