We need an English-fluent Business QA, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Design and document detailed test cases covering positive, negative, boundary, and edge-case scenarios
- Execute functional testing based on documented business requirements
- Perform regression testing across multiple release cycles to ensure system stability
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify gaps beyond predefined test scenarios
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Validate business workflows and ensure alignment with expected outcomes
- Provide clear and effective communication on testing progress, risks, and results
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Business QA roles
- Proven experience writing comprehensive test cases across multiple scenarios (positive, negative, edge cases)
- Hands-on experience in functional testing aligned with business requirements
- Strong experience with regression testing in iterative release environments
- Experience performing exploratory testing
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
It´s a Plus:
- Experience working with complex enterprise web applications and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Experience supporting state or federal government projects
- Experience testing reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI or similar tools)
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Experience with batch job testing, including scheduling, dependencies, and data validation/reconciliation
- Familiarity with UiPath Test Manager for automated test management and reporting
- Experience testing role-based access control (RBAC) and user permission models
- Understanding of PII data handling, masking, and privacy/compliance standards
- Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (WCAG 2.1⁄2.2 Level A & AA)
- Experience with accessibility tools such as Axe DevTools, NVDA, and Color Contrast Analyzer
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
