Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Develop graphics that align with brand guidelines and support marketing, content, and communications objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Produce static graphics, templates, infographics, and other visual assets for social media.
- Adapt and repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms and audiences.
- Maintain a high standard of visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Utilize social media performance insights and analytics to refine design approaches and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with design trends, social media best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital or social media environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, modern, and creative design work, especially for social media.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience designing for major social media platforms and adjusting content for different formats and audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and ability to leverage insights to improve content performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,600 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY directly with the GoFasti Team.
