We need an English-fluent Intake and QA expert (home health services), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation, including nurse assessments (OASIS), for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure alignment between physician orders, patient needs, and documentation.
- Audit ongoing nurse and therapy notes to ensure proper documentation and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies and follow up with clinical staff to resolve issues.
- Support timely submission of documentation to insurance providers Intake.
- Review incoming patient referrals and ensure all required clinical documentation and orders are in place.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing information.
- Assist in ensuring patients are scheduled and seen within required timelines (e.g., 24- hour turnaround).
- Work closely with the clinical and operations team, including nurses and care staff.
- Communicate with internal staff regularly and occasionally with patients when needed.
- Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring quick turnaround times.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
- Experience in home health is highly preferred
- Familiarity with OASIS assessments is a strong plus
- Experience reviewing clinical documentation and ensuring compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to “connect the dots” across documentation, orders, and patient needs
- Tech Savvy profile, able to navigate through different admin software effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment (multiple systems/screens)
- Dynamic personality, Ability to ramp quickly with minimal training in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills (C1+ required)
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
