We need an English-fluent Marketing Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive user acquisition strategy for the company´s app.
- Design and execute campaigns to grow the app’s user base across relevant channels.
- Develop and run PR campaigns and growth initiatives tailored to a B2C mobile audience.
- Identify and leverage the most effective channels and tools to acquire new users.
- Track, analyze, and report on key acquisition metrics and campaign performance.
- Stay current on mobile marketing trends, competitor activity, and growth tactics.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role focused on user growth or acquisition.
- Proven experience in B2C user acquisition, specifically for mobile apps.
- Demonstrated track record of growing a user base — portfolio or case studies required.
- Experience with PR campaigns and organic/paid growth strategies.
- Ability to independently design and execute a full marketing strategy from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of mobile app marketing ecosystems (App Store, Google Play).
- Experience with performance marketing, influencer marketing, or viral growth tactics.
- Ability to define and own KPIs tied directly to user acquisition.
It´s a Plus:
- Previous experience marketing a messaging, social, or communication app.
- Familiarity with LatAm or global B2C markets.
- Experience using time-tracking tools in a remote work setting.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,600 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
