Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Principal Cloud Consultant (AWS), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical engagements for cloud migrations, cloud-native solution design, and infrastructure optimization primarily in AWS.
- Provide expert-level architecture guidance, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and highly available.
- Work collaboratively with client stakeholders across executive, management, and engineering levels to ensure alignment and maximize delivered value.
- Manage project teams, mentoring and developing direct reports formed around your engagements.
- Actively identify and articulate opportunities to expand the company scope of work within client organizations.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, project tracking, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive technical experience, including significant hands-on AWS expertise.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification (required), with additional Azure or GCP professional certifications preferred.
- Proven track record leading technical cloud projects from conception through execution and delivery.
- Able to consult on a strategic level for clients.
- Prior consulting experience or proven capability to adapt to the consultative approach, understanding client nuances and delivering differentiated value.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of driving projects to completion.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in a flat, agile team environment.
- Adept at managing complexity, ambiguity, and rapidly evolving project scopes.
- Leadership experience is a big plus.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $6,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
