We need an English-fluent QA Lead, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy aligned with business and product goals
- Establish, optimize, and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Coordinate and oversee multiple types of testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, etc.) across concurrent projects
- Perform risk and impact analysis to adjust testing scope, priorities, and methodologies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery
- Actively participate in hands-on testing activities when needed, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking
Requirements:
- 3+ Proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience managing and mentoring QA teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects and testing streams simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk-based testing approaches
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
It´s a Plus:
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
