Location: Remote Philippines- This role can be performed anywhere from the Philippines.
The Role
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and experienced indirect tax analyst. The role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in US Sales and Use Tax and World-wide VAT, in depth experience with NetSuite and preferably some knowledge in Zuora system and Avalara. The person will be helping with indirect tax compliance (PH, US and WW-VAT). The position reports directly to the Tax Manager and will work with other tax team members.
What You Will Do
- Manage and review U.S. sales and use tax compliance processes, including return reconciliations
- Perform tax research and provide support on indirect tax issues
- Support month -end and quarter-end indirect tax reconciliations and reporting
- Review VAT Returns and prepare tax payment requests
- Can be a little more detailed than the skills.
Skills We’re Excited About
- Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect tax, with strong focus on US sales and use tax and VAT.
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite Accounting System
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and other tax tools
- With bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred

- Working knowledge of Avalara and Zuora
