Weâre looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level personal and professional support to a Client Partner in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders and is critical to keeping operations running smoothly. A proactive, âget-it-doneâ mindset is essential.
This opportunity is full-time and fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home.
What youâll do:
Provide confidential, high-quality administrative and personal support in a deadline-driven environment
Manage and optimize complex calendars across multiple time zones
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation)
Organize inboxes, shared drives, digital systems, and playbooks; maintain follow-ups and task tracking
Support personal scheduling, purchases, background research, and special projects as needed
Collaborate with internal teams on administrative initiatives
Help maintain structure around ongoing education, deadlines, and weekly priorities
Support website and systems optimization using AI and automation tools
What youâll need:
10+ years of experience supporting leaders in a startup or founder-led environment
Strong technical skills (Google Workspace, Slack, iOS, and productivity tools)
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs independently
Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Flexibility to handle priority requests outside standard hours
Spanish fluency (written and verbal) is a plus
