Planning is rule-based, and manufacturing happens in our “Smart Factory” using robot-based serial production. This factory can produce up to 250,000 square meters of gross floor area per year. For assembly, we construct turnkey residential buildings on-site using over 80% prefabricated wall and ceiling elements, assembling about 400 square meters of living space per week. Each structure gets a permanent digital building operating system to manage administration, costs, and returns over its lifespan.
We use a comprehensive technological approach, including a Digital Twin for documentation and a Smart Factory for data transfer and logistics. We prioritize ESG standards, durable timber construction, and efficient energy designs. This helps us maximize floor space and complete projects on time with fixed prices. We handle project development from individual infill sites to entire districts.
