Why we’re hiring:
As we transform our global agency network into a unified, AI-enabled marketing powerhouse, we are looking for a strategic and systems-driven Senior Director of Product enablement to lead the end-to-end new ways of working and behavioural change to a next-generation marketing platform.
This is a pivotal, enterprise-wide role that blends service design, behavioural change, organizational design, and business value creation to deliver a scalable, interoperable, and future-ready experience for our 150,000 employees across all agencies.
You’ll work across People, Process, and Systems ensuring the solution design is not just a platform, but embed the processes, behaviours, and structures required to make it thrive at scale across the project lifecycle to make work, just work.
What you’ll be doing:
Enterprise Service Design & Process Standardization
Design a unified, enterprise-ready, end-to-end employee and user experience across global agencies and business units.
Codify and streamline critical processes to enable interoperability across multiple systems, tools, and platforms.
Develop a core catalogue of service offerings that meets business needs while scaling globally.
Establish global process standards that align with regulatory, compliance, and data protection requirements.
Drive automation and efficiency, reducing manual dependencies and enabling teams to focus on high-value strategic work.
Behavioural & Mindset Shift Design
Identify behavioural barriers to adoption and develop targeted interventions to increase engagement and sustained usage.
Design and implement a behavioural change methodology to shift from task-based to project-based ways of working globally.
Embed new mindsets, principles, and values to challenge outdated models, support modern, agile collaboration and team augmentation with AI Agents.
Develop a compelling, global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to inspire and drive platform engagement across all markets.
Embed micro-learnings and just-in-time content to drive upskilling, platform fluency, and user performance.
Design a system of continuous feedback loops, enabling users to review, adapt, and improve how they work with the platform.
Monitor individual and team progress toward behavioural and capability improvements as part of continuous improvement efforts.
Facilitate real-time feedback capture from users to inform ongoing product and experience enhancements.
Organizational & Operating Model Design
Define a new organizational model to support project-based delivery and high-performance team structures.
Establish project archetypes and typologies to standardize delivery models, resource planning, and scalability.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align capabilities, roles, and governance with the new operating model.
Business & Value Measurement
Define and track KPIs and value-based performance metrics across the end-to-end platform experience to assess efficiency, adoption, and impact.
Monitor and measure the impact of behavioural change programs, including mindset shifts, new ways of working, and cultural alignment.
Drive measurable increases in platform adoption and sustained usage across global teams through data-led insight and continuous feedback loops.
Identify and reduce friction points across the user journey to accelerate time to proficiency and improve onboarding and enablement experiences.
Establish and maintain global risk and compliance frameworks to monitor, safeguard, and future-proof business-critical systems.
Partner with executive sponsors, finance, and operations to quantify business value, drive efficiencies, and inform reinvestment strategies.
Lead a culture of continuous measurement and optimization to maximize ROI from both platform and behavioural transformation.
What you’ll need:
- Key Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years leading enterprise digital transformation, preferably within global, matrixed organizations.
- Deep expertise in service design, organisational transformation, and behavioural change programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale platform rollouts across diverse business and cultural environments.
- Proficient in process standardization, interoperability frameworks, and compliance-aligned design.
- Experience implementing employee-centric platforms that blend technology, process, and change management.
- Skilled in leading through influence, with strong stakeholder management across IT, HR, Product, and senior leadership teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills—working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Product, Finance) to design, build, and optimize systems, processes, and user experiences.
- Strong business acumen and ability to quantify value, define KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Organizational Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
- Experience in AI-powered platform implementation or digital marketing ecosystems.
- Certifications in Prosci Change Management, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
