Guidepost Montessori

We provide Montessori education for children aged 0-12 globally. Our curriculum emphasizes child-focused, high-agency learning, balancing strong executive functioning and practical life skills with foundational knowledge in math, geometry, and literacy.

We oversee a network of school campuses, including 30-40 locations on the West Coast. Sometimes known as Guidepost Global Education, we handle school facilities, enrollment, and program quality. We were founded in 2016.

Our mission is to make high-quality Montessori education available worldwide. We believe in every child’s potential and the power of Montessori to teach essential life skills, fostering their independence and helping them thrive.

We are a mission-driven, for-profit education company with 1001-5000 employees. Our work environment supports remote roles, hybrid roles with travel to regional schools, or roles that require significant onboarding travel.
