We were founded in 2018 and operate in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. We provide an AI workforce for healthcare that automates various administrative and clinical tasks. Our primary offerings include four AI assistants:

• Call Agent: Handles inbound calls, routes them, schedules appointments, and manages routine requests (e.g., refills, referrals).
• Registration Assistant: Digitizes patient intake processes like demographics, insurance, payments, and consents. Patients can access it by phone or iPad.
• Clinical Prep Assistant: Our AI tool captures pre-visit History of Present Illness (HPI) using clinically relevant questions. Providers can customize these questions by specialty, and the tool generates structured notes for the patient chart.
• Scribe Assistant: Uses ambient AI during patient encounters to automatically generate full clinical notes (HPI, Review of Systems, Physical Exam, and Assessment/Plan). These are delivered into the EHR in real time.

We target various healthcare organizations, including health systems, urgent care centers, FQHCs, multispecialty groups, and specialty practices. Our platform is designed for efficient care delivery. It offers configurable workflows that save 20–30 minutes per visit, clinical intelligence for protocol-driven workflows across various specialties, and deep integrations with EHR systems like Epic, Athena, Veradigm, and eClinicalWorks. These integrations lead to high completion rates and don’t require extensive IT support. We’ve seen measurable results: managing over 65% of inbound calls with Voice AI, reducing provider documentation time by 80%, and achieving a 4.2x ROI in the first year for clients.
