We are a national non-profit founded in 2003, focusing on Public Health, Health & Wellness, Education, and Teen Health.

We work to eliminate health inequity by educating and empowering teens, helping them become change-agents in their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Our programming helps teens develop physical and mental resilience through education, leadership experience, and service learning.

Our programs involve leading and training near-peer college mentors, collaborating with universities and district staff, coordinating health education activities across multiple school sites, and assessing community health needs. These initiatives include Teens Make Health Happen Clubs, monthly campaigns, and health fairs. We deliver program content directly in schools and communities.

We are a national non-profit organization with 51-200 employees. Our work environment is remote or hybrid, often requiring regular travel to program sites within specific regions.

Roles may require occasional evening and weekend hours, and occasional overnight travel. We maintain an equity-focused, inclusive workplace aligned with our values. Our programs often involve leading and training teams of 10 or more near-peer college mentors.
