We started HiveMQ in 2012 to offer an Industrial AI Platform. Built on the MQTT standard, our platform uses a distributed edge-to-cloud architecture to link and manage industrial data in real-time, helping companies use AI in their operations. We connect, add context, analyze, and act on operational data to build AI-ready data flows.

We provide an Enterprise MQTT Broker, MQTT Consulting, and professional services for IoT, IIoT, IoT Data Streaming, and Distributed Data Intelligence. Companies like Audi, BMW, Eli Lilly, Liberty Global, Mercedes-Benz, and Siemens rely on us for their critical operations in Data Centers, Energy, Manufacturing, and Transportation.

Our platform connects real-time data via MQTT, structures and gives meaning to data, analyzes current and historical data for insights, and turns those insights into automated actions. For example, customers have saved $20 million annually by cutting energy use by 20%, $77 million by reducing production downtime by 40%, and $2 million through a 25% improvement in workforce efficiency. We are also involved in the open-source community to promote the MQTT protocol for IoT.
