About the Role
Planful’s implementation partners extend our delivery capacity and are often the face of Planful to new customers. The Sr. Partner Delivery Coordinator owns the day-to-day operating rhythm behind that ecosystem,tracking partner-led implementation projects, keeping delivery quality high, and acting as the connective tissue between partner firms and Planful’s internal teams.
This is a hands-on, execution focused role for someone who likes bringing order to a lot of moving parts. You’ll spend your days in project trackers, partner conversations, and cross-functional standups, and you’ll be the person who knows the real status of every partner project.
Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain the partner project tracker as the single source of truth: stage, health, ARR, milestone dates, and project age across all active partner-led implementations
- Build and refresh recurring partner performance reporting — project counts by stage, risk distribution, signed-contract ARR by quarter, and partner-versus-Planful delivery benchmarks
- Prepare materials for partner QBRs and internal pipeline and delivery reviews
- Flag data gaps and chase partners and internal owners for accurate, timely updates
Delivery Quality & Escalations
- Run regular project health checks and surface at-risk implementations before they become customer problems
- Coordinate escalation response: assemble the facts, convene the right people, track mitigation actions to closure, and close the loop with stakeholders
- Track root causes and recurring failure patterns, and feed them back into enablement content and partner coaching
- Monitor adherence to Planful’s implementation methodology and deliverable standards
Partner Onboarding & Certification
- Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team on new partner onboarding, helping ensure all readiness areas are addressed
- Support certification tracking across partner firms, working with Partner Enablement to surface coverage gaps and keep partners moving toward certification targets
- Help coordinate partner training sessions and office hours, and partner with the team to keep enablement current as the product evolves
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for partner delivery leads and project managers
- Partner closely with Professional Services on methodology, resourcing, and handoffs; with Sales on scoping and partner assignment; and with Customer Success on post-go-live transitions
- Translate between partner-side and Planful-side processes so nothing falls through the cracks
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction in the partner delivery model
Requirements
- 3–5 years in partner enablement, professional services operations, project coordination or PMO, channel operations, or implementation delivery — ideally in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ownership of project tracking and reporting for a portfolio of concurrent projects
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; comfortable building and maintaining reporting from imperfect source data
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can brief an executive and coordinate with a partner consultant in the same hour
- Proven ability to drive action across teams you don’t manage, including with external organizations
- Highly organized and self-directed, with sound judgment about what needs escalating and what you can resolve
- Experience in the EPM, FP&A, CPM, or finance-technology space
- Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tooling (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar), and BI or reporting tools
- Background working with or inside systems integrators or consulting partners
- Exposure to enablement content development or partner certification programs
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management coursework

Pay Transparency Statement
