Job Description
Huge is seeking a highly organized and ambitious Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Colombia. This role is a perfect fit for a process-driven individual who thrives in a high energy and fast moving environment and would like to build a career in recruitment.
Your mission will be to act as the engine of our recruitment process: identifying, vetting, and engaging top-tier talent across LATAM and international markets (US, Canada, and the UK). You will focus heavily on Creative talent, inclusive of Visual, Experience, and Motion Design, ensuring our pipeline is healthy and meets Huge design principles and standards.
What you’ll be doing.
- High-Volume Sourcing: Execute aggressive sourcing strategies to identify top talent across LATAM, with a strong emphasis on scaling our footprint in the US and Canada.
- Design Vetting: Utilize your eye for aesthetics to review portfolios and resumes, specifically identifying high-quality Visual and Product Design skills.
- Proactive Outreach: Initiate the first point of contact with passive candidates, “selling” the Huge vision and ensuring a gold-standard candidate experience from the first message.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a highly organized workflow, ensuring all candidate data is accurately tracked and the recruitment process moves with speed and precision.
- Market Exploration: Dive into international markets (US, UK, CAN), learning the nuances of different talent pools and compensation landscapes.
- Innovation & Learning: Actively research and adopt new technologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools, to keep our recruitment process ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Support: Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand casting briefs and provide a consistent flow of vetted profiles.
What we’d like to see.
- 1+ year(s) of professional experience within a Talent Acquisition or start-up environment.
- Experience accurately reviewing design portfolios and identifying top-tier creative craft.
- Geographic Expertise: experience sourcing candidates within LATAM is a must. A desire to learn sourcing in the US, Canada, or the UK is a major plus.
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)- essential for collaborating with our global teams.
- Power user of Google Suite and an eagerness to master Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI tools.
- Operational Acumen: You are “process-obsessed”—highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of requests without breaking a sweat.
- Ambition and Growth Mindset: You are a “rising star” who is eager to grow your career in a global agency and isn’t afraid to dive into complex, international technical profiles.
