We provide legal professionals with a platform that connects law firms to courts and services, offering eFiling, Service of Process, eSignatures, DocketSyncing, and more. Our platform integrates with case and document management software such as Clio, Smokeball, LEAP, and Time Matters® to automate court filing tasks, pull case data, and sync documents and expenses.

We offer various services, including 1099s Filing, Integration, Courtesy Copy Delivery, eService, Physical Filing, and Court Filing. Our upcoming InfoTrack Intelligence, set for release in 2025, will use document analysis for automatic form filling, with a goal of 95% field auto-fill and less than 5% rejection rates for eFiling and service of process. We provide real-time updates on filings and service progress.

Our eSignatures service operates on a pay-per-use model and includes automatic reminders and status tracking. Docket syncing monitors court activity and updates, while courtesy copy delivery includes printing and physical delivery with tracking.

We started in Australia over 20 years ago and have since expanded to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our support team answers calls in an average of 22 seconds, handles over 8,600 requests annually, and achieves 97.5% SLA performance across filings and services. We operate in the software development industry.
