InnoPhase IoT

Founded in 2022, we develop ultra-low power Wi-Fi solutions for the IoT experience. Our headquarters are in San Jose, California, with additional development centers in San Diego, CA, Kista, Sweden, and Bangalore, India.

We offer the Talaria Wi-Fi + BLE Platform, which features a programmable digital radio architecture designed to extend battery life. The Talaria 6 Family of SoCs builds on this platform with multi-protocol support, including Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, Thread, and Zigbee, along with dual-band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) capabilities. These SoCs integrate Edge AI processing, PSA Level ²⁄₃ security, and an ARM Cortex-M33.

Our solutions are designed for applications such as AI/ML-enabled security cameras, video doorbells, sensors, spatial lossless audio, and hearables. We serve markets including smart home, building automation, industrial IoT, and medical. We specialize in wireless connectivity, ultra-low power WiFi consumption, IoT platforms on a chip, SoCs, Smart Home modules, Semiconductors, and IIoT.

We provide production-ready certified modules, an IoT partner ecosystem, and market-ready vertical stack solutions with a comprehensive SDK.
