Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Oversee delegated portfolio management activities in line with AIFMD and CSSF Circular 18⁄698, including periodic due diligence and ongoing monitoring of investment advisors and portfolio managers.
- Escalate material issues, breaches, or concerns to Conducting Officers and relevant committees.
- Review and challenge investment proposals, transaction rationales, and execution processes prepared by delegates.
- Ensure investment activities remain aligned with each fund’s investment strategy, risk profile, and governing documents.
- Ensure compliance with AIFMD, CSSF circulars and internal AIFM policies and procedures.
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and audits (CSSF, external auditors, depositaries) from a portfolio management perspective.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of portfolio officers within the team, ensuring workload prioritisation and continuity.
- Act as data quality owner for portfolio management-related data across systems, reports, and disclosures.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in alternative investment funds, AIFM, asset management, or related environment
- Strong hands-on experience with AIFM portfolio management or oversight of delegated portfolio management
- Good understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (AIF, RAIF, SIF, SCSp, SICAV, etc.)
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage; additional languages are a plus
