Are you a proactive, detail-oriented finance & regulatory compliance professional? We are looking for you!
In this role you will support our clients with DFSA reporting, financial controls, tax compliance, and capital adequacy monitoring. You will ensure timely, accurate submissions and work closely with senior leaders, auditors, and cross‑functional teams to maintain strong compliance and high‑quality financial oversight.
What you’ll do
- Ensure full compliance with DFSA PIB requirements, timely PIB submissions, and adherence to DFSA Principles for Authorised Individuals
- Prepare and deliver capital adequacy, financial resources, and liquidity reports, along with budgets, forecasts, and stress‑scenario assessments
- Support finance, accounting, and control functions—including IFRS‑compliant accounting, financial policy oversight, transaction reviews, and internal audit coordination
- Manage tax‑related responsibilities such as UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, regulatory updates, FTA representations, and support for outsourced tax/finance services
- Collaborate with senior leaders, auditors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong client delivery and protect information assets in line with ISMS requirements.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a tax and regulatory environment
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and ability to independently handle related functions
- Expected to perform Finance Officer duties and provide related client support
- Preferably experienced with reporting and licensed activities under DFSA and/or FSRA regimes.
- Professional qualification: CA, CPA, or ACCA.
